The City of Wichita Board of Zoning Appeals regular meeting will be held Tuesday, June 23, 2009, in 
the Planning Department Conference Room, 10th Floor, Wichita City Hall, 455 North Main, Wichita, 
Kansas, beginning at 1:30 p.m.

1.	Approve BZA meeting minutes for Special Hearing May 12, 2009.

2.	Case No.:	BZA2009-19
            Request:	City Sign Code variance request to exceed the 400 square-foot size 
limitation for a building sign in CBD Central Business District zoning 
with a temporary sign.
       Applicant: 		Sutton MN, LLC & Houston Properties, L.C. c/o Michael Elzuphon

            Request:	City Sign Code variance request to increase the height of a pole sign by 
20% and increase size from 32 to 118 square feet
