The regular meeting of the Subdivision Committee of the Metropolitan Area Planning Commission will be held on 
Thursday, December 13, 2007.  The meeting will begin at 1:00 p.m., in the Metropolitan Area Planning 
Conference Room - Tenth Floor, City Hall, 455 North Main, Wichita, Kansas.  


  1.  VAC 2007-39:  Request to vacate a platted setback, generally located east of I-235, on the northwest corner 
of Doris and Maple Streets.

	  	A complete legal description is available for public inspection at the Metropolitan Area 
		Planning Department - Tenth Floor, City Hall, 455 North Main Street, Wichita, Kansas.


  2.  VAC 2007-40:  Request to vacate a portion of a platted reserve, generally located on the north side of 13th 
Street North, west of Greenwich Road.

		Planning Department - Tenth Floor, City Hall, 455 North Main Street, Wichita, Kansas.


  3.  VAC 2007-41:  Request to vacate a portion of a platted reserve and its restriction of uses, generally located 
on the north side of Kellogg Drive and west of Greenwich Road.

4.  SUB 2006-109:  Revised One-Step Final Plat -- LIVING WORD OUTREACH ADDITION, located west of Hydraulic 
and north of MacArthur Road.
