The regular meeting of the Subdivision Committee of the Metropolitan Area Planning Commission 
will be held on Thursday, February 3, 2005, at 1:30 p.m., in the Planning Conference Room - 
Tenth Floor, City Hall, 455 North Main, Wichita, Kansas.  

The following cases will be considered:

1.  VAC 2005-01:  Request to Vacate Multiple Sideyard Setbacks, per the plattor's text, generally 
located west of K-15, more specifically southeast of Clifton Avenue and 47th Street South.

	 A complete legal description is available for public inspection at the Metropolitan Area Planning

2.  SUB 2005-05:  Preliminary Plat -- CLIFTON COVE ADDITION, located on the south side of 
63rd Street  South and west of Clifton.
