1. Approve the Minutes of the July 12, 2004 Regular Meeting and July 26, Special Meeting.  (Copies attached)

2. Discussion of Fence at Linwood School.  

Recommended Action:  Open


3. Relocation of the World War II Monument at McAdams Park.  Requested by Dennis Lively, American Legion, Arthur Gossett Post #273.  Attached is a copy of a letter from Dennis Lively dated May 31, 2004 and article from the Wichita Eagle dated May 30, 2004, entitled "A monument to dignity and adversity".  

Recommended Action:  Open


4. Request by El Zocolo - Woodland Park North.  Attached is a copy of the lease agreement for the Woodland Park Bath House dated September 1, 1992.  

Recommended Action:  Open
