The regular meeting of the Subdivision Committee of the Metropolitan Area Planning Commission will be 
held on Thursday, December 1, 2005, at 1:30 p.m., in the Planning Conference Room - Tenth Floor, City 
Hall, 455 North Main, Wichita, Kansas.  

The following cases will be considered:

1.   VAC 2005-40:  Request to Vacate a Portion of Platted Complete Access Control, generally located 
southeast 101st Street North and 103rd Street West, on the southwest corner of Mariah Street and 
103rd Street West.

2.  VAC 2005-41:  Request to Vacate a Portion of a Platted Utility Easement and the Restriction of Uses in 
a Platted Reserve, generally located midway between 13th Street North and Central Avenue, west of 
Webb Road and southeast of Gatewood and Autumn Chase Streets.

3.  VAC 2005-42:  Request to Vacate a Portion of a Platted Setback, generally located on the southwest
