BOARD OF CODE STANDARDS AND APPEALS

The regular meeting of the Board of Code Standards and Appeals will be held on Monday, October 6, 2008, at 1:30 p.m. in the Board Room, 1st Floor, City Hall, 455 N. Main, Wichita, Kansas.



1.   Approval of the minutes of the September 8, 2008, meeting. 

2.   Approval of the applications for contractor license examination for October 2008.

There were no contractor license examination applications for the month of October.



3. Update on the status of the Class C Contractor’s License of Herbey Portillo d/b/a H & R Construction.


4. Request for second license by Darrin Lien d/b/a GCS (General Contracting Services).

Currently the qualified person for a Class C contractor’s licnese, Mr. Lien is requesting that he also be permitted to be the qualified person for a separate roofing and siding license d/b/a T & D Contracting Services.  

5. Condemnation Hearings:
