The special meeting of the Sedgwick County Board of Zoning Appeals will be held on Tuesday,
February 20, 2007, at 3:30 p.m., in the Planning Department Conference Room, Wichita City Hall – 
10th Floor, 455 N. Main Street, Wichita, KS.  This meeting will be held because there was not a 
quorum at the February 6, 2007 meeting.

1.	Approve CoBZA meeting minutes for November 7, 2006.

2.	Case Number:		BZA 2006-70
	Request:  	County Variance to allow increased sign size from eight square 
feet to 88 square feet for a sand pit sign in "RR" Rural 
Residential zoning. 
	Applicant:		Cornejo & Sons, c/o Chuck Hill
	General Location:	On 6700 South Grove (south of 63rd Street South and east of 
Grove).

3.	Review of the Sedgwick County Board of Zoning Appeals Bylaws.
