Park Signage. Recommended Action: Open 3. Discussion of Riverbank Replat. Requested by President Miller. Recommended Action: Open 4. Land for El Zocalo. Recommended Action: Recommend to City Council that the land currently being used as a maintenance shop for Park and Recreation at Evergreen Park be turned over to El Zocalo for the purpose of razing the building and building a new structure. In exchange for this land request, City Council will dedicate a portion of the riverbank at 18th Street and the river as parkland as well as the green space at North Woodland that will become available when the old bathhouse (facility currently being used by LaFamilia) is torn down. 5. Park and Recreation Master Plan. Recommended Action: Receive and file report 6. River Access Plan. Recommended Action: Receive and file report 7. Naming of Park at 11th and Indiana.
