	Request:	Adoption of amendments to the April 19, 2001 Edition of the 
Wichita-Sedgwick County Unified Zoning Code.  The amendments 
to the Unified Zoning Code propose to amend Section III-C.2.a. and 
b. dealing with the purpose section of the Community Unit Plan 
Overlay District, and Nonresidential Community Unit Plans to clarify 
the term "unified control" and to clarify the minimum square footage 
of gross floor area or acreage required in order to require a 
Community Unit Overlay District.
