The regular meeting of the Historic Preservation Board was held Friday, February 14, 2005 at 3:00 P.M. in the 
Metropolitan Area Planning Department Conference Room, City Hall, Tenth Floor, 455 N Main, Wichita Kansas.

The meeting was called to order and board members stated their names.

ITEM NO. 5	APPROVAL OF MINUTES FROM THE 21 JANUARY SPECIAL MEETING 

Let the minutes reflect that there was no meeting for January 10 for lack of a quorum.

Motion #1: Motion by Steiner ,seconded by Willenberg to approve the minutes from the January 21, 2005 Special 
meeting.  Motion carried unanimously (4-0)  (Hiesterman out at time of vote)

ITEM NO. 8	MISCELLANEOUS MATTERS

1.	Midtown Neighborhood Plan re-zoning  
Jess McNeely and Scott Wadle updated the board on the Midtown Rezoning Land Use Plan and how 
the implementation changes look on the Feature Landuse Concept Maps for 2020. The plan has gone 
before MAPC on January 27, 2005 and is due to go before City Council on March 1, 2005.
