The regular meeting of the Historic Preservation Board was held Friday, February 14, 2005 at 3:00 P.M. in the Metropolitan Area Planning Department Conference Room, City Hall, Tenth Floor, 455 N Main, Wichita Kansas. ITEM NO. 1 ROLL CALL The meeting was called to order and board members stated their names. ITEM NO. 8 MISCELLANEOUS MATTERS 1. Midtown Neighborhood Plan re-zoning Jess McNeely and Scott Wadle updated the board on the Midtown Rezoning Land Use Plan and how the implementation changes look on the Feature Landuse Concept Maps for 2020. The plan has gone before MAPC on January 27, 2005 and is due to go before City Council on March 1, 2005. 2.
