The regular meeting of the Subdivision Committee of the Metropolitan Area Planning Commission will be held 
on Thursday, January 29, 2004, at 1:30 p.m., in the Planning Conference Room - Tenth Floor, City Hall, 
455 North Main, Wichita, Kansas.  

The following cases will be considered:

1.   VAC 2003-61:  Request to Vacate 10-Feet of a 20-Foot Platted Utility Easement, located southeast 
of the Harry - Greenwich intersection.
 
   		A complete legal description is available for public inspection at the Metropolitan Area Planning 
		Department - Tenth Floor, City Hall, 455 North Main Street, Wichita, Kansas.


2.   VAC 2003-62:  Request to Vacate a Platted 40-Foot Drainage Easement, located southwest of K-42 
and Tyler, southeast of Norman and south Midco.

3.  Appeal of Street Right-of-Way for Lot Split No. SUB 2003-144 (Lots 1 and 2, Block 2, Kell Hawkins 
Addition), Located on the South Side of Central, East of Hoover.   (Deferred from 1/15/03).


4.	SUB 2003-94:  One-Step Final Plat -- STONEHEDGE THIRD ADDITION, located on the east side of Rock 
Road and the south side of 35th Street North.  (Deferred from 8/28/03)
