The regular meeting of the Subdivision Committee of the Metropolitan Area Planning Commission will be 
held on Thursday, June 16, 2005, at 1:30 p.m., in the Planning Conference Room - Tenth Floor, City Hall, 
455 North Main, Wichita, Kansas.  

The following cases will be considered:


  1.  VAC 2005-23:  Request to Vacate a Utility Easement (dedicated by separate instrument), located 
north of K-96 Highway and west of Greenwich Road (more specifically northwest of the 26th Street 
North and Regency Park Street intersection).

	 A complete legal description is available for public inspection at the Metropolitan Area Planning 
	 Department - Tenth Floor, City Hall, 455 North Main Street, Wichita, Kansas.


2.   SUB 2005-51:  One-Step Final Plat -- BLUE SKY ADDITION, located north of Maple and west of West 
Street. (Deferred from 6/2/05)
