RE:	1.   Briefing on the Proposed 2009-2018 City of Wichita Capital Improvement 
Program.
2.   Update on the Wichita Downtown Redevelopment Master Plan. 
 
Please note that the next meeting of the Advance Plans Committee has been set for 7:35 am, 
Thursday, December 17, 2009 in the Planning Directors Conference Room, 10th Floor, City 
Hall to address the above items. Mark Manning and Chris Carrier from the City of Wichita will 
be making a presentation to the Committee on the proposed 2009-2018 City of Wichita Capital 
Improvement Program. Relevant CIP materials have been attached for your review prior to the 
meeting.  

Scott Knebel will also give an update on the development of the Wichita Downtown 
Redevelopment Master Plan (project scope of work has been attached for your review). The 
minutes from the July 2, 2009 Advance Plans Committee meeting are also included.
