The regular meeting of the Subdivision Committee of the Metropolitan Area Planning Commission will be 
held on Thursday, December 1, 2005, at 1:30 p.m., in the Planning Conference Room - Tenth Floor, City 
Hall, 455 North Main, Wichita, Kansas.  

The following cases will be considered:

1.   VAC 2005-43:  Request to Vacate a Platted Utility Easement, generally located 1/4 mile south of 
Pawnee Boulevard, west of Maize Road and west of the Yosemite Street - Yosemite Court 
intersection, on the north side of Yosemite Street.

2.  VAC 2005-44:  Request to Vacate an Easement Dedicated by Separate Instrument, generally located
