				Wichita, Kansas, March 10, 2003

	The City Council met in special session with Council Member Gale in the Chair.  Council Members  Fearey, Lambke, Pisciotte, present.  Mayor Knight and Council Members Brewer and Martz; absent.

	Chris Cherches, City Manager; Gary Rebenstorf, Director of Law; Pat Graves, City Clerk; present.


	The purpose of said meeting was to consider the following Item:

Motion --	Pisciotte moved that the licenses be approved subject to Staff review and approval.  Motion carried
