The regular meeting of the Subdivision Committee of the Metropolitan Area Planning Commission 
will be held on Thursday, March 3, 2005, at 1:30 p.m., in the Planning Conference Room - Tenth 
Floor, City Hall, 455 North Main, Wichita, Kansas.  

The following cases will be considered:

1.  VAC 2005-03:  Request to Vacate a Platted Easement, generally located east of Ridge Road 
north of Kellogg Avenue, specifically southwest of the University Avenue-Taft/Emerson Streets 
intersection.

2.  VAC 2005-04:  Request to Vacate a Contingent Street Right-of-Way, generally located west of

3.	SUB 2005-16:  Final Portion of Overall Preliminary Plat -- TRINITY POINT ADDITION, located 
north of 47th Street south and on the east side of Hoover Road.
