OFFICIAL NOTICE

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on Tuesday, November 1, 2005, at 3:30 p.m., the Sedgwick 
County Board of Zoning Appeals, in the Planning Department Conference Room, 10th Floor, 
Wichita City Hall, 455 N. Main St., Wichita, Kansas, will consider the following application: 

1.	Case No. BZA 2005-00066, Curtis Kidwell, pursuant to Article V-F.2, Wichita-
Sedgwick County Unified Zoning Code, requests an appeal of an administrative 
interpretation by the County Zoning Administrator pertaining to the definition of a 
"group home, limited" on property zoned "RR" Rural Residential. A complete legal 
description is available for public inspection at the Metropolitan Area Planning 
Department, 10th Floor, City Hall, 455 North Main Street, Wichita, Kansas.  Generally 
located on the southeast corner of 215th Street West and 24th Street South.

As provided in Article V-F.4 of the Wichita-Sedgwick County Unified Zoning Code, the same 
will then and there be discussed and considered by the said Sedgwick County Board of Zoning 
Appeals, and all persons interested in said matters will be heard at this time concerning their 
views and wishes in the premises.  Any protest against any of the provisions of the appeal will be 
considered by the Sedgwick County Board of Zoning Appeals as by law provided.
