OF THE BOARD OF 
APPEALS OF REFRIGERATION,
AIRCONDITIONING, WARM 
AIR HEATINGAND BOILERS
April 26, 2007

Those Present: Ray Frederick, Frank Rash, Gary Highfill, David Hughes, Blaine Tharp, Randy Holm and Dan Leidy.

Also Present: Lonny Wright and Ronnie Shores

Absent: Carl Hanna

Motion to approve the March minutes by Ray Frederick. Second by Gary Highfill. Motion carried.

Ronnie Shores reviewed areas of the Mechanical Code with the Board.

The Board spent most of the morning reviewing the proposed amendments to the 2006 IMC and IFGC. The Board wanted to define under floor slab for Hydronic Heating for the benefit of allowing the plumbers to permit and install such a system in Commercial Buildings.

The Board decided to have staff try and define a portion of chapter 12 for the purpose of allowing plumbers to install Hydronic Heating Systems.
