The regular meeting of the Subdivision Committee of the Metropolitan Area Planning Commission will be held on 
November 12, 2009.  The meeting will begin at 1:00 p.m. in the Metropolitan Area Planning Conference Room, City 
Hall, 455 North Main - Tenth Floor, Wichita, Kansas.  

    
                   NOTE:  Vacation legal descriptions are available for public inspection in the Metropolitan Area 
                                Planning Department. 


1.  VAC 2009-37:  City request to vacate the plattor's text of platted reserve to amend the uses allowed and 
vacate a portion of the platted alley, generally located west of Hydraulic Avenue, on the north side of Lincoln 
Street.


2.  VAC 2009-38:  City request to vacate a utility easement, generally located on the northeast corner of 
Douglas and Washington Avenues.


3.  SUB 2009-63:  Final Plat -- STEVE KELLEY 6TH ADDITION, located west of Maize and south of Kellogg.
