2008, in the Planning Department Conference Room, 10th Floor, Wichita City Hall, 455 North Main,

1.	Approve BZA meeting minutes for August 26, 2008.

2.         Case No.:	BZA2008-41
            Request:	City variance to the minimum lot size for the SF-5 zoning district, 
reducing the required lot size from 5000 to 2000 square feet.

              Request: 	City variance request to reduce the sideyard setback requirement in SF-
5 zoning from 6 to 3.9 feet.
