The regular meeting of the Subdivision Committee of the Metropolitan Area Planning Commission will be 
held on Thursday, January 26, 2006, at 1:30 p.m., in the Planning Conference Room - Tenth Floor, City 
Hall, 455 North Main, Wichita, Kansas.  

The following cases will be considered:

1.   VAC 2005-49:  Request to Vacate a Portion of a Platted Easement, generally located south of 21st 
Street North, west of Webb Road, north of Wilson Estates Parkway, on the south side of Churchill 
Circle.
