The regular meeting of the Subdivision Committee of the Metropolitan Area Planning Commission will be 
held on WEDNESDAY, November 8, 2006, at 1:30 p.m., in the Planning Conference Room - Tenth Floor,

 1.   VAC 2006-40: Request to Vacate an Easement Dedicated by Separate Instrument, generally located 
on the east side of Webb Road, midway between Harry and Lincoln Streets.

  2.   VAC 2006-41:  Request to Vacate a Portion of Platted Street Right-of-way, generally located south of 
Central Avenue, midway between Ridge and Tyler Roads.

  3.   VAC 2006-42:  Request to Vacate a Portion of a Utility Easement Dedicated by Separate Instrument, 
generally located on the southwest corner of 21st Street North and Maize Road.
