Topeka Applicant requests approval to construct a free standing gazebo in the northeast corner of Lincoln Park – 28 feet in diameter; two tier roof with maximum 20 feet roof peak; octagonal shape with metal standing seam roof. Motion #5 made by Willenberg, 2nd Ingle by to find the proposed gazebo at 1323 S. Topeka does not encroach upon, damage or destroy the environs of Engine House #; further, this Board recommends the design option with brick piers at the base of each post. MAJOR: (HPC2008-00166) Municipal Airport, RHKP and NRHP APPLICANT: Kansas Aviation Museum FOR: 3350 George Washington Blvd Applicant requests approval to construct a temporary airplane hangar 167 feet wide by 57 feet tall to house WWII B- 29 “Doc”. Lon Smith was present for questions and comments.
