1. Approve the minutes of the 12/8/03  Regular Meeting.  (Copy attached) 

Recommended Action:  Approve, receive and file the minutes


2. Planeview Park.  This item was deferred from the December 8, 2003 meeting.  

Recommended Action:  Make recommendation to City Council


3. Land Exchange near Pat Garcia Memorial Park.  A map of the park and proposed exchange is attached.    

Recommended Action:  Open


4. Sewer Easement - Edgemoor Park.  Requested by Jan Long, Utility Coordinator, Public Works.

Recommended Action:  Approve easement request and authorize signatures


5. Grove Park Playground. 

Recommended Action:  Open
