The regular meeting of the Subdivision Committee of the Metropolitan Area Planning Commission will be held on 
Thursday, August 23, 2007.  The meeting will begin at 1:30 p.m., in the Metropolitan Area Planning Conference Room 
- Tenth Floor, City Hall, 455 North Main, Wichita, Kansas.  


1.  VAC 2007-25:  Request to vacate a portion of a platted setback, generally located east of 119th Street West, 
north of 13th Street North and on the southwest corner of Parkridge and Judith Streets.

		A complete legal description is available for public inspection at the Metropolitan Area 
		Planning Department - 	Tenth Floor, City Hall, 455 North Main Street, Wichita, Kansas.


2.  VAC 2007-26:  Request to vacate a portion of a platted setback, generally located west of Meridian Avenue 
on the south side of Esthner Street.

3.  SUB 2007-64:  One-Step Final Plat - PARKSTONE ADDITION, located east of Hillside between First Street and 
Douglas.  (Deferred from 8/9/07)
