The regular meeting of the Subdivision Committee of the Metropolitan Area Planning Commission will be held on 
Thursday, June 17, 2004, at 1:30 p.m., in the Planning Conference Room - Tenth Floor, City Hall, 455 North Main, 
Wichita, Kansas.  

The following cases will be considered:


 1.	VAC 2004-28:  Request to Vacate a Platted Floodway Easement, located on the south side of 55th Street. 
South, approximately 1/4 mile west of Seneca.

 2.	VAC 2004-29:  Request to Vacate a Portion of a Platted Setback, located on the northeast corner 21st Street

 3.	VAC 2004-30:  Request to Vacate a Portion of an Easement, Dedicated by Separate Instrument, located
