ADVANCE PLANS COMMITTEE


The Advance Plans Committee will meet at 7:30a.m. on Thursday, January 8 in the 
Planning Department's small conference room on the 10th floor of City Hall (455 N. 
Main St.).

The Agenda will include the following:

1)	Revised set of category definitions for the Functional Land Use Guide Map.

2)	Draft of the Midtown Neighborhood Plan.
a)	Goals 1-4 and 7-8 – After consulting with other departments, cost 
estimates, benchmarks, and partnerships have been prepared.
b)	Goals 5-6 and 9 – After consulting with other departments, costs and 
benchmarks have been prepared.

3)	Summary minutes from the December 11, 2003 meeting.
