The regular meeting of the Subdivision Committee of the Metropolitan Area Planning Commission will be held on 
October 15, 2009.  The meeting will begin at 1:00 p.m. in the Metropolitan Area Planning Conference Room, City 
Hall, 455 North Main - Tenth Floor, Wichita, Kansas.

1.  VAC 2009-35:  City request to vacate the plattors text to amend the types of uses allowed in a platted 
reserve, generally located north Kellogg Street, on the east side of 167th Street West. 

2.  SUB 2009-63: Preliminary Plat -- STEVE KELLEY 6TH ADDITION, located west of Maize Road and south of 
Kellogg.
