Present:   Gary Highfill, David Hughes, Frank Rash, Carl Hanna and Randy Holm

Absent:  Ray Frederick and John Shepherd

Staff:   Sharon Dickgrafe, w/ Law Department, Stoney Nethercot w/ Central Inspection and Kim Mudd, w/ Central Inspection

Guests Present:    Dan Leidy, w/PACK and Lonny Wright

Chairman, David Hughes called the meeting to order.

Randy Holm, seconded by Gary Highfill, moved to accept the July minutes with the corrections, motion carried 5 - 0. 

Sharon Dickgrafe presented the Fireplace Ordinance and reported that she had made the recent changes, discussed at the July meeting.  After review, Carl Hanna, seconded by Gary Highfill moved to accept the Fireplace Ordinance and to proceed for presentation to City Council, motion carried 5 – 0.

Lonny Wright updated the board on the House Bill in regards to the Continuing Education Policy.

Members congratulated Stoney Nethercot as the new Mechanical Supervisor.

Randy Holm, seconded by Frank Rash, moved to adjourn the meeting, motion carried 4 – 0.
