		MINUTES OF THE MEETING OF THE CITY COUNCIL

The City Council met in workshop session at Friends University with Mayor Knight in the Chair..  Council Members Brewer, Fearey, Gale, Lambke, Martz, Pisciotte, present.

Chris Cherches, City Manager; Gary Rebenstorf, Director of Law; present.


EXECUTIVE SESSION

Motion --	Knight moved that the City Council recess the workshop into executive session to consider preliminary discussions concerning the acquisition of property for public purposes and that the Council return from 
       -- carried	the executive session at approximately 11:20 a.m.  Motion carried 7 to 0.

RECESS	The City Council recessed to executive session at 11:10 a.m. and returned at 11:22 a.m.

Mayor Knight	Mayor Knight announced that no action was necessary as a result of the executive session.

The City Council returned to workshop session.
