The regular meeting of the Subdivision Committee of the Metropolitan Area Planning Commission will be held on 
Thursday, December 27, 2007.  The meeting will begin at 1:00 p.m., in the Metropolitan Area Planning 
Conference Room - Tenth Floor, City Hall, 455 North Main, Wichita, Kansas.  


1.  VAC 2007-31:  Request to vacate a portion of a sight distance easement, generally located on the southeast 
corner of 13th Street North and 127th Street East (3-mile ring).  (Referred back from MAPC on 12/06/07)

	  	A complete legal description is available for public inspection at the Metropolitan Area 
		Planning Department - Tenth Floor, City Hall, 455 North Main Street, Wichita, Kansas.


 2.  VAC 2007-40:  Request to vacate a portion of a platted reserve, generally located on the north side of 13th 
Street North, west of Greenwich Road.  (Deferred by Subdivision Committee on 12/13/07)

		Planning Department - Tenth Floor, City Hall, 455 North Main Street, Wichita, Kansas.


3.   VAC 2007-42:  Request to vacate an easement dedicated by separate instrument, generally located east of 
Hillside Avenue, south of Kellogg Street, on the southeast corner of Orme Street and Rutan Avenue.

4.   VAC 2007-43:  Vacation request to allow for additional uses within Reserve "C," Pier 37 Addition, generally 
located midway between 37th and 29th Streets North, west of Ridge Road and southwest of Wild Rose Circle.

5.  SUB 2007-115:  Preliminary Plat - VIA CHRISTI - WEST CAMPUS ADDITION, located on the north side of 21st
