The regular meeting of the Subdivision Committee of the Metropolitan Area Planning Commission will be held on 
Thursday, August 26, 2004, at 1:30 p.m., in the Planning Conference Room - Tenth Floor, City Hall, 455 North 
Main, Wichita, Kansas.  

The following cases will be considered:


  1.	VAC 2004-32:  Request to Vacate a Portion of a Platted Alley,  located on the south side of Douglas, 1/4 mile 
west of Douglas, between Martinson Avenue and Exposition Avenue.

2.	VAC 2004-34:  Request to Vacate a Portion of a Utility Easement,  located midway between US-54 and Harry 
Street.

 3.	VAC 2004-35:  Request to Vacate Multiple Utility Easements, located midway between Oliver and Edgemoor, 
southeast Kellogg and Pinecrest intersection.

  4.	VAC 2004-36:  Request to Vacate a Platted Easement, located southeast of the Pawnee - Broadway 
intersection, northeast corner of Marion and Broadway.

  5.	VAC 2004-37:  Request to Vacate a Portion a Utility Easement and a Portion of a Sanitary Sewer 
Easement, located east of Rock Road, north side of Kellogg, northeast corner of Heather Road - Kellogg Drive 
intersections.

  6.	VAC 2004-38:  Amend Plattor's Text to Allow Structure and Parking Strip Onto Reserve D, Kansas Surgery 
and Recovery Center Addition, located east Webb Road and south of K-96 highway.
