The regular meeting of the Subdivision Committee of the Metropolitan Area Planning Commission will be held on 
Thursday, April 12, at 1:30 p.m., in the METROPOLITAN AREA PLANNING DEPARTMENT, 
DIRECTOR'S CONFERENCE ROOM - Tenth Floor, City Hall, 455 North Main, Wichita, Kansas.  

 
1.   VAC 2007-07:  Request to vacate a portion of complete access control, generally located 1/4-mile east of 
I-235, on the northwest corner of Bebe and Maple Streets.

		 A complete legal description is available for public inspection at the Metropolitan Area 
		Planning  Department - Tenth Floor, City Hall, 455 North Main Street, Wichita, Kansas.


 2.   VAC 2007-08:  Request to vacate a portion of a railroad, utility and drainage easement, generally located 
on the south side south of 34th Street North and west of Webb Road.

		 A complete legal description is available for public inspection at the Metropolitan Area 
		Planning  Department - Tenth Floor, City Hall, 455 North Main Street, Wichita, Kansas.


 3.   VAC 2007-09:  Request to vacate a portion of platted complete access control, generally located approxi-
 mately 900-feet east of Edgemoor Avenue on the southwest corner of Brookside Parkway and Central  
Avenue.

     4.  SUB 2007-17:  Final Plat -- SAVINA 5TH ADDITION, located north of 29th Street North and west of Broadway.
