The regular meeting of the Subdivision Committee of the Metropolitan Area Planning Commission will be 
held on Thursday, July 27, 2006, at 1:30 p.m., in the Planning Conference Room - Tenth Floor, City Hall, 
455 North Main, Wichita, Kansas.  


1.  VAC 2006-28:  Request to Vacate a Portion of a Platted Utility Easement to Remove an Existing 
Encroachment, generally located midway between Pawnee Avenue and 31st Street South, on the 
northeast corner of Conamore Street and Hillside Avenue.

	 	A complete legal description is available for public inspection at the Metropolitan Area Planning 
	 Department - Tenth Floor, City Hall, 455 North Main Street, Wichita, Kansas.


 2.  SUB 2006-69:  One-Step Final Plat -- NORTHWEST METHODIST ADDITION, located north of 29th  
Street north and on the east side of Tyler Road.
