The City of Wichita Board of Zoning Appeals regular meeting will be held Tuesday, June 24, 2008, in 
the Planning Department Conference Room, 10th Floor, Wichita City Hall, 455 North Main, Wichita, 
Kansas, beginning at 1:30 p.m.

1.	Approve BZA meeting minutes for April 29, 2008.

2.         Case No.:	BZA2008-22
            Request:	City sign variance to increase the height of a freestanding sign from 25' 
to 42' feet on property zoned LI Limited Industrial.
       Applicant: 		Maray Properties Inc % Ray Walsh
            Agent:	Trimark SignWorks-Jim Atherton
    General Location: 	Located on the northwest corner of Kellogg Drive and Anna Avenue 
and northeast of the Kellogg/1-235 interchange.
  

3.         Case No:	BZA2008-26
            Request:	City Variance request to reduce the parking requirement to zero, and to 
waive the Landscape Code in LC Limited Commercial zoning, 
            Applicant:	700 Investments LLC 
            Agent:	McCluggage, VanSickle, and Perry Corp. % Patrick Coulter
     General Location:	Located north of West Douglas and west of Oak (700 W Douglas). 
  
4.         Case No:	BZA2008-27
            Request:	City sign variance to authorize 184 and 228 square foot building signs 
in B Multi-family zoning 
            Applicant:	Wesley Medical Center LLC
            Agent:	Miracle Sign Co. % Luke Luttrell
     General Location:	Located north of Murdock and west of Vassar (3232 E Murdock).
