***MEDIA ADVISORY*** Wichita Mayor Carl Brewer is scheduled to deliver his annual State of the City Address at 6 p.m. on Tuesday, Jan. 31 at City Hall, 455 N. Main. Attendees must arrive in time to pass through City Hall security and be seated in the City Council chambers before the start of the address. General public attendees will be seated first come, first served. There will be overflow seating and a video monitor on the first floor of City Hall.
