In appreciation of the United States Armed Forces, the City of Wichita's Golf Division is pleased to announce the expansion of the active military golf discount program. Active military members in Wichita and the surrounding areas will receive half off the price of a regular 18 hole green fee at L.W. Clapp Golf Course. The discount will be offered seven days a week. Previously, the discount was only offered three days a week.
"We've had a very positive response to the active military discount at L.W. Clapp Golf Course," Don Harrison, City of Wichita Golf Course Manager said. "Active military personnel have requested we expand our discount program to include additional days. It is our pleasure to provide a small break for the men and women who are serving our country."
