Tuesday’s Wichita City Council meeting is scheduled to be held in the new Board Room on the first floor at City Hall, 455 N. Main.

Boardroom seating is limited to about 40 chairs and space for reporters and cameras is tight.

The City Council Chamber, where the Council regularly meets, is undergoing improvements related to electronics and the audio-video-broadcast system. The Chamber will reopen on Tuesday, March 18.

There is no City Council meeting on Tuesday, March 11, because Council members are scheduled to attend a National League of Cities conference.

A Council Workshop will follow the City Council meeting in the Boardroom.
