The City of Wichita's Animal Shelter will participate in Pet Adoptathon 2002. Pet Adoptathon, the weekend when animal organizations worldwide join together to find a home for each and every shelter pet, is taking place May 4-5, with thousands of shelters in dozens of countries celebrating the event.
Representatives from the Animal Shelter will also be at Pet Smart East from 1-4 PM, both days to answer questions about pets. During the weekend, adoption fees will be waived.
