In observance of the Christmas holiday, City of Wichita offices, Neighborhood City Halls, Wichita Public Library branches, municipal golf courses, and Transit Services will be closed Wednesday, Dec. 25. Library branches will close at 5:30 p.m., Christmas Eve.
