The outside, northbound lane of K-15 (Southeast Boulevard) will be closed between Wassall and 31st Street South on Wednesday and Thursday, July 30 and 31, in connection with construction of a raw water line to Derby.
The 36-inch diameter water line is enclosed in a casing suspended from the K-15 bridge over I-135. Fill material will be blown into the casing at this high point. Crews and equipment will be working on the shoulder during this process. Traffic on I-135 will not be affected.
The lane will be reopened to traffic on Friday, August 1.
