The McAdams Plan Steering Committee of the 21st Century Coalition for Neighborhood Revitalization will be holding three neighborhood meetings in January to provide residents, property owners, businesses and other interested persons the opportunity to review and comment on the draft of the McAdams Neighborhood Revitalization Plan. The boundaries of the planning area are: Mosley on the west, Hydraulic on the east, Central on the south, and 17th Street on the north. The committee will present the draft plan, which contains a summary of neighborhood planning issues, a vision statement, 10 neighborhood revitalization goals, a future land use redevelopment concept, and 36 action plan strategies.
