The McAdams Plan Steering Committee of the 21st Century Coalition for Neighborhood Revitalization will be holding three neighborhood meetings in January to provide residents, property owners, businesses and other interested persons the opportunity to review and comment on the draft of the McAdams Neighborhood Revitalization Plan.
The boundaries of the planning area are: Mosley on the west, Hydraulic on the east, Central on the south, and 17th Street on the north. The committee will present the draft plan, which contains a summary of neighborhood planning issues, a vision statement, 10 neighborhood revitalization goals, a future land use redevelopment concept, and 36 action plan strategies. For public convenience, an informational open house and two neighborhood meetings have been scheduled as follows:
Informational Open House, Saturday, Jan. 18

(no presentations will be given, but information and representatives will be available)

Thursday, Jan. 23
Dunbar Campus Wichita Area Technical College

Saturday, Jan. 25

noon - 2 p.m.
Be sure to attend at least one of these events and share your thoughts with the Committee on the draft plan. Refreshments will be provided.
