May Day and beautiful Wichita weather brings thoughts of Spring and being outdoors. With that, the City would like to announce a new phase of the “Don’t Trash Wichita” campaign. The campaign was originally launched in June 2001 and has been very instrumental in cleaning up our community through stronger enforcement, stiffer penalties and outstanding community involvement.
Thursday’s announcement will introduce the newest phase of the “Don’t Trash Wichita” campaign. The City will begin implementation of the community-wide effort in May.
