The automated system will be able to handle a larger volume of calls. Citizens should only call 911 if electrical lines are in the street or against buildings. If the electrical lines are arcing trees, please call 1-800-LIGHTKS. For tree limbs that are blocking or causing hazards on city streets: From 8 AM to 5 PM, call 268-4222. After hours call 268-4061 or 268-4062.
