Traffic changes are scheduled for East Kellogg beginning on Thursday, Dec. 14. The contractor has released plans to open traffic on the new mainline pavement under the Edgemoor and Woodlawn bridges.
Depending on weather conditions, the changes will occur as follows:

Westbound traffic will open on Thursday, December 15th, between 12 and 3 p.m.

Eastbound traffic will open on Monday, December 19th, between 12 and 3 p.m.
One of the primary goals for the East Kellogg construction project is to assure a smooth and safe transition for the traveling public as well as for construction workers. Opening of this portion of new highway will allow permanent turnarounds for both eastbound and westbound East Kellogg.
