Donations will be accepted through Friday, Feb. 3. The five municipal golf courses are open from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Sunday.

City golf officials are primarily seeking golf clubs and golf balls, but other equipment and gear will be shipped.

A soldier from Kansas who is serving in Iraq requested the used golf equipment. The donations will be coordinated with the Kansas Army National Guard.
