Reconstruction of Central from Oliver to Rock Road, slated to begin Tuesday, Sept. 5, will be delayed approximately two weeks.  Two valves on a major water line that will be rebuilt as part of the project are not operating, and will have to be replaced before the water line portion of the project can begin. This will also delay the anticipated completion date for the Central Street reconstruction project, to mid-August 2007.
