“At Frontier, we strive to be involved and have a positive impact in the communities we serve,” said Frontier President and CEO Jeff Potter. “Our goal in a market like Wichita is of course to lower the cost of flying for local business and leisure travelers, and provide excellent customer service. But we realize that there is more we can do. The non-profit organizations in Wichita know best how to serve this community, because that is what they work towards every day. We at Frontier want to support these groups and contribute to their noble efforts. This ticket giveaway is a fun way that we can make an immediate positive impact as we prepare to bring our air service to Wichita in October.”

"Frontier service at Wichita Mid-Continent Airport means lower fares to Denver and points beyond Denver,” Brewer said. “It also means that travelers will not have to drive three hours to an out-of-state airport to fly affordably. Frontier service will lower the travel costs for companies, enabling them to meet customers and potential customers. Businesses will be able to expand; opportunities for companies to locate in the Wichita area are enhanced; tourism and conventions will increase; families will be able to see relatives more frequently and take more vacations.”
He added:
"Frontier service means that more travel dollars will be spent in the State of Kansas, which translates into more tax revenue for the State. The economic impact of affordable fares at Mid-Continent Airport has a ripple effect throughout Kansas. On behalf of the City of Wichita and all of Kansas, we welcome Frontier to Wichita!"
This ticket giveaway is open to certified 501(c)(3) non-profit organizations in the Wichita metro area.
