Terms must be approved by union membership and Wichita City Council City of Wichita and Fraternal Order of Police (Lodge 105) officials on Tuesday reached a tentative agreement on a three-year contract. Details will be released after union leaders inform union membership. If union membership approves the contract, terms will be presented to the Wichita City Council for ratification. “I’m optimistic the City Council will approve the terms,” Mayor Carl Brewer said. “We’re eager to put the negotiations behind us.”
