“The Q” trolleys run Monday through Friday from 11 AM to 2 PM throughout the summer. Routes were streamlined into two main routes during the week: The Green Route Q Line circulates throughout Downtown generally from the Library, to Old Town, to the Government District and to Century II.  This will have pick-ups every 10 minutes. The Blue Route Q circulates along Douglas Street and connects Old Town and Delano.  This route operates on a 20-minute schedule.

“The New Q” is shaped after the successful Final Friday trolley routes and will run on Fridays and Saturdays throughout the summer. This route runs on the east side, visiting Old Town and downtown area restaurants, attractions, bars and hotels. The hours are from 6 pm – midnight with stops every 15 minutes.

ABOUT THE Q. The Qs are on the streets and mark the spots of trolley stops. However, anyone can grab the Q by simply waving down the driver of the trolley. Riders pay only a Quarter. The Q provides Quick transportation to help downtown workers Quit wasting gas and money while letting the City’s Quality Transit employees do the driving. This is a partnership effort between the City of Wichita and the Wichita Downtown Development Corporation.
